    • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

    • Ensure you choose the correct service before making payment.

  3. Confidentiality

    • All shared information during sessions or via forms will remain confidential.

  4. Booking & Rescheduling

    • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Rescheduling requests should be made 12 hours prior to the appointment.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  6. Website Content

    • All content, including images and text, is the intellectual property of Mind Navigators. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are not applicable once a session has been attended or a report has been delivered.

    • For cancellations within 12 hours of payment, refunds may be processed after deducting a processing fee.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

    • Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.

  3. Special Cases:

    • In case of technical issues from our side, rescheduling will be done free of charge.
